🔨 Site Engineer (Building Projects) 📍 Location: [Dahej GIDC] 🏢 Company: [Kashyap Builders] 🕒 Job Type: Full-time About th e Role:We are lo oking for a skilled and detail-oriented Site Engineer to join our team and oversee day-to-day site operations for residential building projects. The ideal candidate will ensure that construction activities are executed safely, efficiently, and in line with design specifications, quality standards, and project timelines. Key Resp o nsibilities: Supervis e and manage daily site activities for residential building projects Coordina t e with contractors, subcontractors, and suppliers Ensure w o rk is performed according to drawings, specifications, and quality standards Monitor p roject progress and prepare daily/weekly reports Verify m a terial quality and maintain inventory records Resolve o n-site technical issues in coordination with project managers and consultants Ensure c o mpliance with safety regulations and site protocols Assist i n planning, scheduling, and resource allocation Required Qualifications: Bachelor ’ s degree/Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field 2–5 year s of experience in residential building construction (freshers may be considered for junior roles) Strong u n derstanding of construction methods, materials, and standards Ability t o read and interpret technical drawings Proficie n cy in MS Office, AutoCAD (optional but preferred) Excellen t communication and problem-solving skills Ability t o work independently and manage on-site teams Preferre d Skills: Knowledg e of local building codes and regulations Experien c e with project management tools Strong a t tention to detail and quality control mindset What We O ffer: Competit i ve salary and benefits Professi o nal growth and training opportunities Supporti v e team and positive work environment Opportun i ty to work on high-quality residential projects
