As the Director of Data and Analytics at KASH Tech, your role will involve driving the strategy, execution, and delivery of data and analytics solutions across modern cloud platforms, AI/ML, and big data ecosystems. Your responsibilities will include defining and executing data modernization strategies, leading enterprise cloud data transformations, developing best-fit methodologies for client solutions, identifying opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making, and architecting and implementing scalable data platforms using various tools like Databricks, Azure Synapse, and Microsoft Fabric. Key Responsibilities: - Define and execute data modernization strategies aligned with business goals. - Lead enterprise cloud data transformations focusing on Azure, Databricks, and Microsoft Fabric. - Develop and implement tailored solutions for client needs. - Identify opportunities for AI, automation, and data-driven decision-making. - Architect and implement scalable data platforms, data pipelines, and real-time analytics. - Drive adoption of AI/ML-based data insights and ensure data governance, security, and compliance. - Oversee end-to-end delivery of large-scale data analytics projects and provide technical leadership. - Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, data scientists, and BI specialists. - Foster a culture of continuous learning and innovation and conduct training sessions on best practices in modern data architecture. - Work closely with clients, lead pre-sales efforts, and collaborate with sales teams to define service offerings and data strategies. Qualifications & Experience: - 10+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, data engineering, or related fields. - 5+ years of hands-on experience in Databricks, Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, Azure Synapse, and SQL. - Proficiency in Python, SQL, Scala, and Spark for big data processing. - Deep understanding of AI/ML workflows, predictive analytics, and automation. - Experience in manufacturing, public sector, or mid-sized enterprises is a plus. - Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
