Role: Founders Associate [Entry-Level] Hi everyone 👋 I’m building Kase Grooming , a men’s grooming brand with a mission to simplify and elevate hair styling . We’re at an early but exciting stage , and I’m looking for someone who wants to work directly with me as my Founder’s Associate — someone who’s ready to wear multiple hats , take ownership, and help build this brand from the ground up . This isn’t a typical 9-to-5 job. You’ll be at the forefront of everything — from operations and order fulfillment to marketing campaigns, e-commerce management, influencer partnerships, and growth experiments . You’ll see your ideas come to life in real time and get a chance to shape how the brand grows . What you’ll work on: Managing day-to-day operations & order fulfillment ( Shiprocket, Shopify ) Helping run email campaigns, influencer collabs & social content Coordinating with vendors, customers, and partners Conducting research & executing growth-focused projects Basically… being my right hand and helping wherever needed Who this is for: Someone smart, curious, and adaptable Comfortable in a fast-moving startup environment where things change quickly Tech-friendly and eager to learn tools like Shopify, Shiprocket, Mailchimp, Canva , etc. Passionate about building something from scratch and growing with it.
