Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Accounts Manager to oversee and manage all accounting operations, ensure compliance with financial regulations, and support the management in strategic decision-making. Key Responsibilities: Manage day-to-day accounting operations including cash, bank, journal entries, purchase & sales records. Handle branch-wise accounts consolidation and monthly closing. Prepare financial statements, P&L reports, and MIS for management. Supervise billing, voucher verification, and stock reconciliation. Manage statutory compliance: GST, TDS, PF, ESI, Professional Tax, and other returns. Coordinate with auditors for internal and statutory audits. Monitor credit control, debtor follow-up, and collection reports. Ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial reporting. Support budgeting and forecasting activities. Lead and guide the accounts team to maintain strong internal controls. MIS Reports Required Skills & Qualifications: B.Com / M.Com / CA Inter or equivalent. Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Accounts — Jewellery / Retail sector preferred . Strong knowledge of Tally ERP / accounting software.
