Role Overview We are seeking a friendly, professional, and service-oriented Route Captain / Bus Attendant to be the face of our brand on the road. You will manage passenger care, uphold safety, and help us deliver stellar travel experiences that earn glowing reviews. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist passengers with boarding, seating, and luggage Keep passengers informed about key stops, route updates, and schedules Address customer queries, concerns, or emergencies courteously Coordinate with driver on rest breaks, punctuality, and route management Maintain immaculately clean and welcoming interior during the journey Encourage and collect constructive passenger feedback & reviews Report any operational or passenger issues back to management Qualifications & Skills Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English Strong interpersonal and customer service orientation Problem-solving temperament — calm under pressure Ability to assist physically with luggage handling Willingness to travel overnight and manage long routes Previous experience in hospitality, travel, or intercity transport is a plus What We Offer Competitive pay + performance incentives (based on reviews) Meals and overnight stay accommodations on long hauls Career growth opportunities in our expanding travel network Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month Work Location: In person
