Company Description Karnimata Construction Company (KMCC), established in 1998 by Er. B. R. Choudhary, is a certified company offering a range of services including Designing, Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning, Operation & Maintenance for Power, Wind & Solar Transmission Lines and Substations. KMCC operates across various states in India such as Rajasthan, Gujarat, Maharashtra, and many others. The company focuses on turnkey and partial turnkey projects, ensuring quality and efficiency in operations, asset management, and technical services in high voltage and gas insulated substations, transmission lines, and solar power plants. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Safety Officer located in Kakori. The Safety Officer will be responsible for ensuring workplace health and safety, investigating accidents, implementing security measures, and providing safety training. Daily tasks will include identifying and mitigating risks, conducting safety inspections, and ensuring compliance with occupational health standards. The role involves creating and maintaining safety records and reports, and coordinating with various departments to promote a culture of safety. Qualifications Health & Safety, Occupational Health skills Proficiency in Accident Investigation and Security Experience in Safety Training and risk management Strong understanding of safety regulations and compliance standards Excellent communication and organizational skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and independently Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Safety Management or related field Certifications in safety management (e.g., NEBOSH, OSHA) would be advantageous
