Role & responsibilities : Design seasonal collections for infants, toddlers, and young children (0-10 years) Research and interpret global kidswear trends, colors, and silhouettes Develop mood boards, sketches, and tech packs for sampling Collaborate with merchandising and production teams to ensure design feasibility Select appropriate fabrics, trims, and embellishments suited for kidswear Ensure comfort, safety, and style in all designs Conduct competitor analysis and trend benchmarking Desired profile: Degree or diploma in Fashion Design from any recognized institute Minimum 5 years of experience in kidswear design Strong knowledge of fabrics, garment construction, and child-safe design principles Proficiency in design software: Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, CorelDRAW Excellent communication and presentation skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines What We Offer : Creative freedom and a collaborative work culture Opportunity to shape the brands visual identity Exposure to domestic and international markets Performance-based incentives and growth opportunities
