Assessment and Feedback: Evaluate student progress through regular assessments and provide constructive feedback. Identify areas of improvement and implement strategies to support student development. Communication: Maintain open communication with students, parents, and colleagues. Participate in parent-teacher conferences and meetings to discuss student performance and progress. Professional Development: Stay updated on language teaching methodologies, educational trends, and advancements in language learning technology. Attend workshops, training sessions, and conferences to enhance teaching skills.
