Karnataka Baitul Hujjaj Trust – Head Office, Bangalore Position: Manager Location: Bangalore (with periodic travel to Mumbai) Employment Type: Full-Time Role Overview The Manager will serve as a central pillar in the Trust’s administrative and operational framework, ensuring smooth functioning across accounts, statutory compliance, documentation, and coordination with trustees and committees. This role demands high integrity, organizational acumen, and a proactive approach to managing both office and guest house operations. Key Responsibilities🧾 Accounts & Statutory Compliance Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and vouchers. Ensure timely filing of statutory returns (e.g., Income Tax, GST, etc.). Liaise with auditors and consultants for compliance and reporting. Prepare periodic financial summaries and reports for trustees. Documentation & Filing Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems. Ensure secure and accessible storage of Trust documents, correspondence, and legal papers. Maintain updated records of Trust assets and property documents. Trustee & Committee Coordination Coordinate with Trustees and Managing Committee for meetings, decisions, and follow-ups. Draft and circulate meeting notices, agendas, and resolutions. Record and archive minutes of meetings with accuracy and confidentiality. Maintain credentials and profiles of all Trustees. Mumbai Guest House Oversight Periodically travel to Mumbai for inspection and supervision. Oversee guest house maintenance, staff coordination, and visitor management. Address and resolve any operational or infrastructure issues. Maintenance & Operational Support Monitor upkeep of Trust properties and office infrastructure. Coordinate repairs, service contracts, and vendor management. Ensure cleanliness, safety, and functionality of all facilities. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 5 years of experience in trust or institutional administration. Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office (Excel, Word). Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to travel and manage multi-location responsibilities. Fluency in English and Kannada; Urdu/Hindi is an asset. Reporting To Honorary Secretary / Treasurer / Managing Committee
