Role Description This is a full-time remote role for applicants based in India for an Operations Analyst. The Operations Analyst will be responsible for analyzing and improving operational processes. Key Responsibilities include: 1. Build and maintain dashboards in Google Sheets using advanced formulas and pivot tables to track performance and operations. 2. Develop and maintain automation using Google Apps Script to reduce manual work and streamline repetitive tasks. 3. Fetch, clean, and organize data from different sources, including through APIs, for use in reporting and analysis. 4. Support data integration and migration to cloud databases or storage platforms. 5. Work with SQL and Python to query, clean, and transform datasets, and to automate recurring data-related tasks. 6. Provide clear reports and insights that help improve decision-making and day-to-day operations. Qualifications Strong skills in Google Sheets (advanced formulas, pivot tables, data organisation). Hands-on experience with Google Apps Script for workflow automations. Working knowledge of SQL for querying and analysing datasets. Ability to use Python for data cleaning, transformation, and automation Familiarity with APIs to fetch and manage data. Good problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks in a small-team environment. Experience with data visualisation tools such as Looker Studio, Tableau, or similar. Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform, including BigQuery for data storage and analysis.
