We are looking for a UI/UX Expert who combines creativity, structured logic, and empathy to design intuitive, delightful, and impactful digital experiences. This role goes beyond visuals — it’s about deeply understanding users, simplifying complex journeys, and creating interfaces that balance spiritual essence, modern design, and technological scalability. You will play a critical role in shaping the look, feel, and usability of our platform, ensuring that users not only engage but also feel connected, inspired, and empowered. Key Responsibilities User Research & Empathy Conduct user research, interviews, and usability studies to uncover real needs. Translate insights into actionable design strategies. Build personas, journey maps, and empathy maps for diverse user segments. UI/UX Design & Prototyping Design wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Create clean, scalable, and intuitive user flows across web and mobile platforms. Ensure consistent design language that reflects brand identity. Creative Problem-Solving Reimagine workflows with out-of-the-box UI patterns that simplify complexity. Balance spiritual aesthetic (serenity, harmony, symbolism) with modern usability standards. Innovate with gamification, micro-interactions, and emotion-driven design. Collaboration & Execution Work closely with product managers, developers, and content teams to align design with strategy. Provide clear handoffs (design specs, assets, style guides). Actively participate in design reviews, brainstorming, and rapid prototyping. Usability Testing & Iteration Conduct A/B testing and collect user feedback to refine designs. Continuously iterate designs to enhance engagement, accessibility, and inclusivity. What We’re Looking For Mindset & Skills Logical thinker who can deconstruct complex problems into simple flows. Creative innovator who can blend aesthetic appeal with functional clarity. Strong sense of typography, color theory, iconography, and design systems. Knowledge of UX psychology principles (cognitive load, attention, trust, motivation). Ability to work in fast-paced, agile environments. Experience 0-2 years of proven UI/UX design experience with a strong portfolio. Hands-on with design/prototyping tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, etc.). Experience designing for responsive web, mobile apps, and cross-platform interfaces. Knowledge of front-end basics (HTML, CSS, React/Tailwind familiarity is a plus). Bonus Points Experience in consumer-facing digital products (apps, portals, marketplaces). Exposure to gamification, spirituality, or lifestyle platforms. Ability to design for multi-language, multi-cultural audiences. Interest in motion design, 3D UI, or AR/VR experiences.
