Role & responsibilities Present and promote premium affordable real estate projects to prospective buyers through in-person meetings, phone calls and digital presentations. Utilize CRM software to manage leads, track interactions, schedule follow-ups, and maintain accurate client records. Proactively reach out to leads via telecalling, understand their requirements, and qualify prospects based on their needs and budget. Handle objections and queries effectively, providing clear and persuasive information to address customer concerns and move them towards a site visit or purchase decision5. Schedule and coordinate site visits, accompany clients to project locations, and provide detailed property tours. Guide clients through the entire property purchase process, including documentation, negotiations, and closing formalities. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction and referral business. Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to support promotional activities and achieve sales targets. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and local real estate regulations to provide informed advice to clients. Prepare and maintain regular reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and customer feedback. Key Skills & Competencies Proven experience in real estate sales, preferably in premium affordable housing projects. Strong telecalling and communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade over the phone. Proficiency in using CRM software for daily operations. Excellent objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills. Ability to build rapport and establish trust with diverse customer profiles. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently as well as in a team. Good knowledge of the local real estate market and regulatory environment. Willingness to travel locally for site visits and client meetings. Qualifications Graduate or lower in any discipline (preferably with a focus on Sales, Marketing, or Real Estate). Certification or training in real estate sales is an added advantage. Minimum 2 years of experience in real estate sales or telecalling roles.
