Pathetic service, they ruined by wedding dupatta. Instead of helping they were unapologetic for the same. Please don’t get stuff stitched because the are not gonna take the responsibility from the wrong work

Pathetic customer service, staff as well as owner argue with customer, they are bothered only abt their time and money, not the customer. Worst service ever. They charge the highest price, 2250 rupees to stitch a simple dress, call themselves designer, good for nothing.

Very very bad experience..I bought a blouse and gave it for alteration but it was totally ruined by the tailor..Also the so called owner or not sure who the fellow, was least bothered about it.. …

They provide superb quality of services . And yet very professional. The quality I received from them are worth spending on.

Terrible experience. Please do NOT stitch your clothes here or buy stuff from them. They ruined my really really costly blouse. They have no idea how to work with expensive fabrics. Also they charged 10,000 rupees and gave 500 rupees …

We saw the review on Google and it showed the shop is open 24 hours. When we reached there around 10 PM though the shop was open, we were told it was closed which seemed very rude. The person did not even ask us what is it that we wanted to buy. Please change the shop timings if it is not actually open for 24 hours.
