As a Self-Direction Program Specialist at KanTime, you will play a crucial role as an implementation lead and subject matter expert in Self-Directed Services (SDS), including Financial Management Services (FMS), Participant-Directed Services, and Employer Authority models. Your responsibilities will include guiding customers through the entire onboarding process, configuration, training, and go-live phases utilizing KanTime's cutting-edge SaaS platform. Your expertise in SDS workflows, Medicaid waivers, and program regulations, along with a consultative training and project management approach, will be essential in this role. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the end-to-end implementations of KanTime's Self-Directed Services platform, encompassing discovery, setup, training, go-live support, and transitioning to ongoing assistance. - Conduct training sessions for agency staff and stakeholders on KanTime's SDS workflows and functionalities. - Act as the subject matter expert for Medicaid waivers and Self-Directed programs in various states, offering guidance on best practices and regulatory compliance. - Develop and manage project plans tailored to SDS, defining milestones, deliverables, and success metrics. - Collaborate with Product, Engineering, QA, and Support teams to address implementation issues and enhance SDS-related product features. - Assist in creating customized training materials, knowledge base articles, and readiness resources for SDS clients. Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of experience in Self-Directed Services or Financial Management Services (FMS) programs. - Profound understanding of Medicaid waiver programs, EVV (Electronic Visit Verification), and SDS models such as Employer Authority, Budget Authority, and Agency with Choice. - Previous exposure to SaaS or EMR/EHR software implementation or training is advantageous. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Demonstrated capabilities in project management, client engagement, and cross-functional collaboration. - Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 20%) for onsite implementations or training sessions.,
