Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Registered Nurse, located in Kanpur. The Registered Nurse will be responsible for providing direct patient care, administering medications, monitoring patient progress, and collaborating with the healthcare team. Additional tasks include patient education, maintaining accurate medical records, and ensuring adherence to clinical protocols and safety standards. Qualifications Licensed Registered Nurse with valid certification GNM or B.Sc Nursing with minimum 2 years experience. Persons with army background are preferred. Strong clinical skills in patient care, medication administration, and medical records management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient education and team collaboration Knowledge of urology practices and procedures is a plus Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced clinical environment Attention to detail and strong organizational skills Compassionate care delivery and patient-centered approach
