Achieve monthly and annual sales & marketing targets. 2. Marketing Strategy & Execution Develop marketing strategies to promote PEB products and solutions across regions. Plan and execute digital marketing, advertising campaigns, trade shows, exhibitions, and promotional events. Collaborate with design and engineering teams to prepare marketing materials (brochures, presentations, case studies, videos). Strengthen the companys online and offline brand presence. 3. Client Engagement & Relationship Management Conduct client meetings, presentations, and technical discussions to understand requirements. Coordinate with design and estimation teams to ensure timely and accurate proposal submissions. Maintain strong post-sales relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business. 4. Market Intelligence Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and industry developments in the PEB sector. Provide regular reports and insights to management for strategic decision-making. 5. Coordination & Reporting Work closely with cross-functional teams (Design, Estimation, Projects, and Finance). Prepare weekly/monthly reports on business development activities, pipeline status, and marketing performance.
