Candidate Profile / Education & Qualifications Gender: Preferably Male Education: Minimum 12th Pass (PUC / Intermediate) is acceptable; Graduate (Any discipline) preferred. Additional qualifications (advantageous): Diploma in Office Management / Administration / Secretarial Studies / Hospitality / Customer Service. Experience : Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a front-desk reception / administrative support role. At least 2 year of experience supervising or leading junior admin staff. Experience in a fast-paced corporate / service / hospitality environment is a plus. Good command of English; local languages (Kannada, Hindi, etc.) will be helpful. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); basic facility with office equipment (phones, switchboard, printers, etc.).
