Key Roles & Responsibilities1. Sales & Business DevelopmentIdentify and pursue new sales leads through networking, cold calling, referrals, and site visits. Conduct property presentations, tours, and negotiations with prospective buyers or tenants. Manage the entire sales cycle—from inquiry to closing. Maintain regular follow-ups with potential clients to convert leads into sales. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets set by management. 2. Client Relationship ManagementBuild and maintain long-term relationships with clients, brokers, and stakeholders. Understand client needs and propose suitable property options. Provide professional customer service before, during, and after sales. Maintain a client database and track communication activities. 3. Marketing & PromotionAssist in developing and implementing marketing campaigns to promote properties and projects. Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media content, online listings, and lead-generation ads. Prepare marketing materials such as brochures, presentations, sales kits, and property videos. Participate in property exhibitions, roadshows, open houses, and promotional events. Conduct market research to analyze competitor activities and market trends. 4. Documentation & ReportingPrepare and manage sales agreements, booking forms, and other documentation. Ensure all legal and compliance requirements are met for property transactions. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, prospects, and achieved targets. Submit weekly and monthly performance reports to management. 5. Coordination & TeamworkWork closely with the marketing, customer support, legal, and finance teams for smooth transactions. Provide feedback to management regarding client preferences, market demands, and project improvement ideas. Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field. 1–5 years of experience in real estate sales or similar industry (experience levels can be adjusted). Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Basic knowledge of real estate laws, documentation, and sales processes. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing platforms (added advantage). Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and comfortable working under pressure.
