Additional certification or diploma in Sales Management , Digital Marketing , or Retail Management is a plus. Professional Experience: 05 years of experience in sales and marketing , preferably in the stationery , school supplies , FMCG , publishing , or education product sectors. Proven experience in B2B sales , especially dealing with schools , distributors , bookstores , and retail chains . Exposure to field sales , territory management, and client acquisition is highly desirable. Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and presentation skills . Excellent negotiation , persuasion , and closing abilities. Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts. Market research and competitor analysis skills. Proficiency in MS Office , CRM software , and possibly basic digital marketing tools. Strong networking skills in the education and retail sector. Other Requirements: Willingness to travel regularly within assigned territory or region. Should own a vehicle (preferred for field sales). Fluent in English and local/regional language . Familiarity with local school systems, calendars, and decision-making processes is a plus.
