Kamala Niketan Montessori School is seeking an experienced and passionate PGT Chemistry Teacher to join our senior secondary faculty. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth subject knowledge, effective teaching methods, and the ability to inspire and engage students in the study of Chemistry. Roles & Responsibilities: Teach Chemistry to Grades XI & XII in alignment with the CBSE curriculum. Design and deliver engaging lesson plans and lab sessions. Evaluate student performance through assignments, assessments, and examinations. Provide academic support and mentorship to students. Maintain a positive and disciplined learning environment. Collaborate with fellow educators to uphold high teaching standards and participate in departmental planning. Requirements: Masters degree in Chemistry with a B.Ed. (mandatory). 3 to 15 years of teaching experience at the senior secondary level. Strong communication, interpersonal, and classroom management skills. A genuine passion for teaching and fostering student success.
