Job Summary We are looking for a dedicated and customer-friendly Salesman to join our team at Kamakshi Silk Kendra. The ideal candidate will assist customers, handle billing, manage inventory, and ensure a smooth in-store experience. Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply. Roles & Responsibilities Greet customers and assist them in selecting products. Provide product details, recommendations, and support to enhance customer experience. Handle POS billing operations efficiently and accurately. Manage inventory, including stock counting, arranging, and reporting shortages. Maintain cleanliness and proper display of products. Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally. Support day-to-day store operations as needed. Requirements Ability to speak Telugu and Hindi (mandatory). Pleasant communication skills and customer-handling ability. Basic knowledge of sales processes and POS billing (training can be provided). Reliability, punctuality, and willingness to learn. Experience or fresher — both can apply.
