As an Oracle FCCS Consultant, your role will involve leading end-to-end implementations of Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close Cloud Service (FCCS) within the Oracle EPM suite. You will be responsible for managing the full project lifecycle, starting from requirement gathering through design, build, testing, deployment, and post-production support, with a strong emphasis on cloud-based solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Lead and execute full-cycle FCCS implementations on Oracle Cloud. - Collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications. - Design and configure FCCS applications including metadata, rules, data integrations, and security. - Perform system testing, user training, and go-live support. - Provide post-production support, troubleshoot issues, and optimize performance. - Manage intercompany eliminations, currency translations, and consolidation logic. - Ensure compliance with accounting standards such as IFRS, US GAAP, and Ind AS. - Work closely with finance teams to streamline reporting and close processes. - Document processes, configurations, and user guides for ongoing support. - Stay updated on Oracle Cloud EPM enhancements and best practices. Qualifications: - Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field. - 9+ years of experience in financial consolidation and EPM implementations. - Proven experience with Oracle FCCS on Cloud. - Strong understanding of financial close processes and accounting principles. - Experience in data integration tools such as Data Management and FDMEE. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
