Kalsang Momo

Assist in cutting, chopping, washing, and preparing vegetables/meat for momos and other items. Help in rolling, stuffing, and steaming momos as directed by the cook. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene at the stall, including washing utensils and work area. Serve food and drinks to customers politely and quickly. Manage basic cleaning, refilling water, arranging plates/packaging. Support in stocking raw materials and informing the owner when supplies are low. Follow instructions of the cook/owner and ensure smooth operations during rush hours.
