We are seeking a skilled Digital Marketing Specialist to enhance our online presence and drive business growth. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and executing digital marketing initiatives to promote our real estate services. This role requires 4-5 hours of daily work with flexible scheduling, allowing tasks to be completed within the given time. The position is primarily work-from-home, with occasional in-office meetings (1-2 times per week) for updates and collaboration. Candidates with expertise in Google SEO and Client / Lead Handling can unlock higher salary potential and performance-based incentives. Role & responsibilities Social Media Management: Oversee and update our LinkedIn and Facebook pages daily, ensuring engaging content, timely responses, and consistent brand messaging. Property Listing Management: Maintain and optimize property listings on platforms such as Magicbricks and 99Acres to maximize visibility and inquiries. Website Management: Perform regular updates and content management for our company website to ensure accuracy and user engagement. CRM Software Management: Maintain accurate and updated data in our CRM system, filtering clients based on parameters such as location, budget, and preferences to support targeted marketing and sales efforts. Graphic Design: Create professional marketing materials, including daily flyers for festivals, property advertisements, brand promotions, and brochures, using tools like Canva or similar platforms. Digital Marketing Tasks: Manage our Google Maps profile, handle CRM systems for customer data, and execute other social media marketing (SMM) activities to support brand growth. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Implement effective Google SEO strategies to elevate our website on Google search results, with opportunities for increased compensation based on performance. Additional Responsibilities (Optional for Incentives) Lead Management : Engage with clients via phone calls to understand their requirements, pass qualified leads to the sales team, and coordinate follow-ups. Successful execution of these tasks will result in additional bonuses and incentives. Preferred candidate profile Proven experience in digital marketing, including proficiency with LinkedIn, Facebook, Magicbricks, 99Acres, and Google SEO. Competence in designing marketing collateral using graphic design tools (e.g., Canva, photoshop). Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently in a remote environment. Intermediate proficiency in English for effective communication, both written and verbal. Knowledge of the real estate industry is an advantage but not mandatory.
