Retail Sales Executive – Fashion & Lifestyle Company: Kalatmak Location: Model Town, Jalandhar, Punjab Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹40,000 (Fixed ₹15,000 – ₹35,000 + Incentives up to ₹5,000) About the Role Kalatmak is seeking experienced Retail Sales Executives to join our fashion & lifestyle store in Jalandhar. The role involves engaging with walk-in customers, assisting them with product selection, and ensuring a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Key Responsibilities Greet and assist walk-in customers at the store. Showcase textiles, handicrafts, and fashion products effectively. Provide product knowledge and styling suggestions to customers. Maintain store display, stock, and cleanliness. Handle billing, payments, and ensure accurate transactions. Achieve daily/weekly/monthly sales targets. Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business. Qualifications & Requirements Education: Minimum 12th Pass. Experience: Minimum 5 years in retail sales (textiles, fashion, or handicraft preferred). Age: 18 – 60 years. Gender: Open for both male & female candidates. Skills: Strong communication and convincing ability. Customer-oriented approach with patience & politeness. Basic English knowledge. Good sense of fashion & product presentation.
