Qualifications Develop and monitor performance metrics for the investor relations function Create presentations, press releases, and communication material for quarterly/Half yearly earnings, Investor calls, and Industry events Coordinate earnings conference calls, investor meetings, roadshows, and plant visits Build relationships with the investment community, analysts, and institutional investors Represent investor feedback and market perception to internal management to influence corporate strategy Conduct peer benchmarking and financial analysis across public companies and sectors Monitor analyst reports and market commentary; summarize key insights for senior management Manage investor-related sections of the company website Perform industry and company-specific research to support investor narratives Provide insights on Governance, Sustainability, and other qualitative parameters impacting investor perception Collaborate with client CXOs including Promoters, CFOs, and CEOs to shape investor communication
