We are looking for an experienced and hands-on Project Manager to lead the execution of our site projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing overall project timelines, quality control, site coordination, client updates, and supervising site engineers and application teams. Key Responsibilities Project Planning & Timeline Management Develop and monitor detailed work schedules, material planning, and manpower allocation for each project. Ensure all execution milestones are achieved within deadlines. Quality Assurance & Technical Supervision Maintain strict quality control at all stages—substrate preparation, material mixing, application, curing, polishing, and final finish. Conduct site inspections and ensure execution aligns with Kaipanee standards and design intent. Team & Site Coordination Lead and coordinate a team of site engineers, supervisors, and skilled labor. Guide and monitor outsourced application teams where relevant. Client & Architect Communication Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, architects, and consultants. Provide timely updates on progress, address queries, and manage expectations. Documentation & Reporting Maintain daily progress reports, quality checklists, site photographs, and issue logs. Flag risks or delays early and provide mitigation strategies.
