Kafka Engineer with AWS MSK

As an AWS MSK and Apache Kafka Engineer at Prodapt, your primary role will involve setting up and providing production support for AWS MSK and Apache Kafka based on customer requirements. You will interact with the customer's IT team and business subject matter experts to understand and analyze various needs, offering appropriate solutions. Candidates with Python experience are preferred. Key Responsibilities: - Setup and provide production support for AWS MSK and Apache Kafka - Interact with customer IT team and business SMEs to understand requirements and provide solutions - Utilize Python skills for the role Qualifications Required: - 4 to 6 years of experience with AWS MSK and Apache Kafka - Essential setup, configuration, and support experience with AWS MSK and Apache Kafka - Proficiency in Confluent Kafka and Apache Kafka - Good understanding of Kafka in general, including Kafka client commands - Working knowledge of AWS Lambda Function - Experience with AWS SQS and AWS CloudWatch - Hands-on experience with AWS Roles/policies - Proficiency in Linux and Python - Ability to set up Kafka on premise and maintain Kafka servers/Topics - Monitoring and troubleshooting Lambda invocation - Hands-on experience with Lambda filters using Python - Monitoring message delivery to SQS - Experience in Docker and Kubernetes is an added advantage Additional Company Details: - Skills required: AWS MSK, AWS SQS, AWS Lambda, Apache Kafka, Python, CloudWatch, Linux,
