Job Description: Kafka Engineer / Kafka Lead- Remote Opportunity (3-8 Years of Experience) Position Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled Kafka Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with Confluent Kafka and be capable of addressing platform-level issues. This role involves guiding the development team on best practices and ensuring the smooth operation of our Kafka infrastructure. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain Confluent Kafka clusters. Troubleshoot and resolve platform-level issues. Provide guidance and best practices to the development team. Monitor and optimize Kafka performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration. Qualifications: Proven experience with Confluent Kafka. Strong understanding of Kafka architecture and internals. Excellent problem-solving skills. Ability to work onsite and collaborate effectively with team members. Strong communication skills. Preferred Skills: Experience with other messaging systems. Familiarity with cloud platforms and containerization.
