Your mission, should you choose to accept Identify and onboard brands that vibe with GenZ Build high-conviction, high-trust partnerships with emerging clothing brands Use first-principles thinking to identify white spaces in fashion categories Come up with creative structuring to pitch to potential partner brands Closely track category growth metrics: GMV, retention, drop impact, etc. Spot trends before they trend. Move before others flinch. We are vibing if you Impeccable communication, articulation & negotiation skills Have 3-5 years of experience in category management / partnerships / D2C Think in first principles, not just frameworks Have a nose for what sells and a gut for what sticks Can speak fashion, ops, growth, and vibes fluently Are a doer, dreamer, and data-lover all rolled into one Brownie points Have built or scaled your own D2C brand (success optional, hustle mandatory) Experience working with fashion brands If you have a significant social media presence Have the guts Hurry up!
