Key Responsibilities: Promote and sell CCTV cameras, DVRs/NVRs, networking equipment, access control, and related security solutions. Develop and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, dealers, resellers, and end-users. Identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets. Provide customers with product knowledge, demonstrations, and technical guidance in coordination with the technical team. Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales deals. Ensure timely collection of payments as per company policy. Keep track of competitor activities, pricing, and market trends. Coordinate with internal teams for order processing, stock availability, and after-sales support. Strict adherence and compliance with company-defined SOPs and sales policies. Desired Skills & Qualifications: Graduate in any discipline (preferably in Business/Marketing/Technical field). Proven experience in sales of CCTV, security, or IT/networking products (1–3 years preferred). Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Good technical understanding of CCTV/surveillance products will be an added advantage. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.
