Job Title: Business Development Executive Industry: Industrial Automation Location: Pune, Maharashtra Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 1–5 years (preferably in industrial automation, electrical/electronic components, or related fields) Salary: As per industry standards Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Head About the Company: K.A Tech is a growing enterprise focused on providing world-class industrial automation products such as sensors, temperature controllers, SMPS, battery chargers, and quick release couplings. We serve a wide range of industries including manufacturing, automotive, packaging, and process control with trusted brands like Hanyoung Nux, DNP, and NHP. Job Summary: We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, develop customer relationships, and drive revenue growth in the industrial automation space. Key Responsibilities: Identify and develop new business opportunities in the industrial automation market. Generate leads through field visits, cold calls, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and exhibitions. Understand client requirements and recommend suitable products from our portfolio. Prepare and present commercial proposals and product quotations. Build and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, system integrators, panel builders, and end users. Meet monthly sales targets and provide regular market feedback. Maintain up-to-date CRM entries, sales forecasts, and competitor intelligence. Coordinate wsith the technical team for customer trials, demos, and post-sales support. Attend relevant trade shows, seminars, and networking events. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in any field. Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in automation, electrical, or industrial components. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in tools like MS Excel. Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong customer-centric approach. Willingness to travel extensively within the region. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of industrial segments like machine building, packaging, automotive, or process industries. Experience working with brands like Autonics, Omron, Phoenix Contact, or Siemens is a plus. Familiarity with platforms like IndiaMART, TradeIndia, or JustDial for lead generation.
