Your responsibilities will include: - Managing the food court's daily operations, supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards. - Ensuring exceptional customer service by promptly addressing customer complaints and feedback. - Developing and implementing strategies to increase footfall and sales in the food court. - Building and maintaining relationships with food court vendors, ensuring compliance with mall policies and regulations. - Monitoring and controlling costs to optimize profitability and efficiency. - Implementing and maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in the food court.
