Business Development Executive We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals eager to gain business development experience, primarily in field marketing and sales. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience looking to build their careers in business development. • Field Marketing and Sales: Conduct school visits, home counseling sessions, and community engagement activities to generate leads and increase student admissions. Participate in educational fairs, open houses, and community events to promote Taproot Group of Colleges. Execute cold calling campaigns to identify and qualify prospective students. Organize and conduct presentations, workshops, and seminars at schools to attract potential students. • Lead Generation and Outreach: Develop and implement strategies to generate leads through various marketing channels. Establish and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, counselors, and teachers to facilitate admissions. Engage with prospective students and parents to provide information about the colleges offerings and benefits. Qualifications: Education: Recently completed a Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. Experience: Freshers or candidates with less than 6 months of experience in sales, marketing, or business development. Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to engage and build rapport with a diverse range of stakeholders. Self-motivated with a passion for learning and growing in the field of business development. Basic understanding of marketing principles and strategies. Language Proficiency: Fluency in Kannada and English is required. Other Requirements: Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
