The position is for a “Store Assistant / Store Lead” · Promote and embody Korean culture, engaging customers in a warm and playful manner · Ensure a fun, inviting in-store experience for all visitors · Assist customers with purchases, provide product recommendations, and handle inquiries · Restock shelves and manage in-store inventory levels effectively · Oversee daily store operations including opening, closing, cash handling, housekeeping, and basic accounting · Use ERP software to manage inventory, invoicing, and sales tracking · Supervise and mentor store executives, ensuring effective delegation and team development · Implement, maintain, and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) · Provide regular updates and operational feedback to the business owners
