Position Overview: We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our NBFC team. The role focuses on generating new business, building strong client and partner relationships, and driving growth across our loan and financial product portfolio. Key Responsibilities: Identify and onboard new clients through direct sourcing, referrals, and channel partners (DSAs, connectors, etc.). Promote and cross-sell NBFC loan products such as Personal Loans, Business Loans, Loan Against Property (LAP), MSME Loans, and Vehicle Loans. Conduct client meetings, assess financial needs, and provide tailored lending solutions. Achieve business targets through lead generation, client acquisition, and cross selling opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams. Collaborate with credit, risk, and operations teams to ensure smooth loan processing. Track market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities. Prepare MIS reports and maintain records of leads, pipelines, and closures. Requirements • Bachelors degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA preferred). • 1–3 years of experience in Sales/Business Development within NBFC, Banking, or Financial Services. • Strong understanding of loan products, credit processes, and financial documentation.
Role & responsibilities As a Business Development Intern, you will be actively involved in driving growth within the solar financing ecosystem. Responsibilities include: Conducting market research to identify solar energy adoption opportunities across residential, commercial, and industrial segments. Supporting the sales team in client acquisition for solar financing products. Assisting in lead generation and outreach to solar developers, EPC companies, and end customers. Preparing and presenting proposals for solar loans/financing solutions. Coordinating with credit, risk, and operations teams for client onboarding. Tracking competitor offerings, government policies, and industry trends in renewable energy financing. Maintaining CRM databases and preparing performance reports. Contributing ideas for innovative financing models to accelerate green energy adoption. Skills & Qualifications • Pursuing a Bachelors/Master’s in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Renewable Energy, or related field. • Strong communication, research, and analytical skills. • Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint (financial modeling knowledge is a plus).
