About the job: Job Title: Customer Sales Support Executive Department: Sales & Marketing Location: MIDC, Ranjangaon Note-Salary besed on Experience Job purpose: To serve as the key point of contact between the company and its customers/distributors, ensuring timely response to inquiries, order processing, and after-sales coordination, thereby enhancing customer satisfaction and supporting the sales team in achieving revenue targets. Key responsibilities: 1. Order Management: Coordinate with distributors, dealers, and direct customers for order collection, confirmation, and timely processing. Ensure completeness and accuracy of order details including item codes, quantities, pricing, and delivery schedules. Liaise with production, logistics, and dispatch teams to ensure smooth and timely execution of customer orders. 2. Customer Interaction & Support: Handle routine customer inquiries regarding product specifications, prices, stock availability, and order status. Provide prompt responses to complaints, issues, or delays, and escalate complex problems to the concerned department. Share product literature, datasheets, or certifications as needed. 3. Sales Team Coordination: Support the field sales team with relevant documentation, reports, and communication with internal departments. Coordinate the flow of information between sales and production planning or dispatch teams. Track and follow up on outstanding orders and pending quotations. 4. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer master data, order history, and pricing records in ERP/CRM systems. Generate and circulate sales MIS reports, order tracking sheets, and monthly dispatch summaries. Monitor pending payment status and coordinate with accounts or sales team for follow-ups. 5. Support for Marketing Activities: Assist in organizing customer meets, exhibitions, or training sessions as required. Help circulate new product updates, revised pricing, and promotional materials to relevant customers. Qualifications: Graduate in Commerce/Business/Science; additional diploma in Sales/Marketing or Customer Support is an advantage. 1+ years of experience in customer service or sales coordination, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial products company. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work in coordination with cross-functional teams. Basic understanding of industrial products, preferably insulation or building materials.
