Job Description: We are seeking an experienced Odoo Developer to join our growing team. As an Odoo Developer, you will be responsible for implementing and customizing Odoo solutions for our clients, ensuring the system meets business requirements, and providing technical support. Role & responsibilities Develop, customise, and maintain Odoo modules and applications. Work with clients to gather requirements and provide technical solutions using Odoo. Integrate Odoo with other third-party applications and services. Perform system migrations from legacy platforms to Odoo, both on-premise and on Odoo.sh. Customize and optimize workflows, reports, print templates, and other Odoo components. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Odoo. Provide training and support for end-users. Collaborate with the team to ensure timely delivery of projects within the Perth time zone (09:00 am - 05:00 pm). Key Requirements: Experience : Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience with Odoo development, including customization, module creation, and deployment. Certification : Odoo Functional Consultant Certification is mandatory (!!!) . Technical Skills : Proficiency in Python and JavaScript with 5+ years of experience. In-depth knowledge and experience with Odoo.sh for cloud deployments. Experience working with Odoo on-premise installations. Time Zone : Ability to work within the Perth time zone (09:00 am - 05:00 pm) . Communication Skills : Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. Problem Solving : Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently. Teamwork : Ability to collaborate effectively with a cross-functional team. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with other Odoo modules (e.g., Sales, CRM, Accounting, Inventory, Project, Timesheets, etc.). Familiarity with Git and version control for software development. Knowledge of Odoo integrations with third-party APIs.
