The ideal candidate should be familiar with mandi operations, commodity transactions, and basic accounting practices. Key Responsibilities: Maintain daily purchase and sale registers (Aadati records). Handle billing, challans, and commission calculation. Maintain ledger accounts of farmers, traders, and customers. Record payments received and expenses made. Manage cash flow and petty cash. Coordinate with buyers, suppliers, and transporters for payment status. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports. Ensure accuracy in records as per mandi and tax compliance norms.
