Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Professor at Jyothi Engineering College, located in Thrissur. The Assistant Professor will be responsible for preparing and delivering lectures, conducting research, guiding student projects, evaluating student performance, participating in academic and administrative committees, and contributing to curriculum development. The role also involves mentoring students, providing career guidance, and engaging in continuous professional development. Qualifications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficiency in subject-specific teaching and research methodologies Experience in conducting research and publishing in academic journals Ability to develop and deliver curriculum for undergraduate and graduate courses Strong organizational and time management skills Ability to work collaboratively with faculty, staff, and students Prior teaching experience at the collegiate level is advantageous Commitment to continuous professional development and staying current in the field
