1. Desired Candidate must familiar with tally ERP Software 2. Follow up with the vendor regarding GST Filling 3. Petty Cash Handling and Cash records Monitoring 4. Cash Voucher and Daily finance report preparation 5. Filling the Cash bills and Purchase Invoices 6. Prepare the Monthly payment list and Monthly Expenses 7. Need to Co ordinate with the legal team regarding company official documents 8. Company employees salary details preparation and PF payments 9. Checking the daily attendance of company and contract employees 10. Need to prepare HQ remittance documents 11. need to Co ordinate the banks regarding bank statement, Payments and etc. 12. Reporting to Managing Director 13. Monthly ledger statement collecting and Share to the customers and suppliers 14.
