Responsibilities: Prepare and cook a variety of authentic Tibetan dishes, with a focus on momos, in line with JustMomoz's recipes and standards. Ensure the freshness and quality of ingredients used in food preparation, maintaining the authentic flavors of Tibetan cuisine. Keep the kitchen area clean, organized, and compliant with food safety regulations. Monitor inventory levels of kitchen supplies and ingredients, placing orders as necessary to sustain smooth kitchen operations. Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure timely meal preparation and service during peak hours. Accommodate special dietary requests and ensure customer satisfaction with every dish served. Contribute ideas for menu enhancements and participate in menu planning sessions as needed. Qualifications: Previous experience as a cook. Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining the authenticity and quality of JustMomoz's offerings. Strong teamwork skills and ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays based on business needs.
