We are looking for a dynamic Retail Growth Lead to drive the expansion and profitability of our retail business. The role involves managing operations and P&L of 35+ Company-Owned Company-Operated (COCO) outlets, growing overall turnover, and leading franchise expansion across new markets. This position requires strong operational leadership, financial acumen, and a growth mindset to scale both owned and franchise retail formats. Key Responsibilities Retail Operations & P&L Management (COCO Outlets): - Lead day-to-day operations of 35+ COCO outlets ensuring excellence in execution, customer experience, and compliance. - Own and deliver P&L targets for the retail network, focusing on revenue growth, margin improvement, and cost efficiency. - Drive KPIs: sales per store, footfall conversion, basket size, and repeat purchase. - Implement SOPs and performance dashboards to monitor store productivity. - Train and mentor retail teams to enhance performance and customer engagement. Turnover Growth: - Develop and execute retail sales growth strategies, both organic (same-store growth) and through network expansion. - Launch targeted promotions, loyalty programs, and localized marketing campaigns to increase customer retention and average bill size. - Partner with category and marketing teams to optimize product mix, pricing, and merchandising. Franchise Expansion: - Identify, evaluate, and onboard new franchise partners to expand retail footprint. - Create a structured franchise model, including financial planning, operational SOPs, and training modules. - Build strong franchise relationships, ensuring brand consistency and operational excellence across franchise outlets. - Work with real estate partners to identify high-potential locations. Qualifications & Skills - MBA/PGDM or equivalent degree in Business, Retail Management, or related field.- - 6-10 years of experience in retail operations, P&L management, and business development. - Proven track record of scaling COCO and/or franchise outlets in consumer retail. - Strong financial acumen with ability to drive profitability levers. - Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Experience in setting up franchise networks will be a strong advantage.
