We are looking for a Tally Support Executive to help customers with TDL file deployment and answer their Tally-related doubts. You will support clients through phone, WhatsApp, or remote access tools and assist with feature explanations and minor troubleshooting. Responsibilities: Deploy TDL files for clients using remote tools Explain new features and modules clearly Support clients with Tally-related questions and issues Coordinate with the development team for custom updates Maintain support records and follow-ups Requirements: Good knowledge of Tally and basic TDL Strong communication skills in Tamil and English Experience with AnyDesk or TeamViewer Ability to handle customer queries patiently Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month Benefits: Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Overtime pay Work Location: In person Speak with the employer +91 7010637648
