Role Overview We are seeking a Google Ads Suspension Specialist with direct experience at Google , preferably from the Trust & Safety team or Account Suspension team . This role is perfect for someone who has worked at Google and wants a high-impact side project helping businesses navigate complex suspension issues. You will be the subject matter expert for analyzing suspensions, drafting reinstatement requests, and advising clients on long-term compliance. Key Responsibilities Review client accounts and identify root causes for suspensions (including Circumventing Systems Policy, Misrepresentation, and Unacceptable Business Practices). Prepare detailed reinstatement requests and appeals that align with Google’s internal review process . Provide expert guidance to clients on compliance requirements to avoid repeat suspensions. Act as a consultant to our team on best practices for ad policy compliance, ad copy, and landing page quality. Help build internal playbooks and documentation for future cases. Required Qualifications Former or current Google employee (contractor or FTE) with experience in: Trust & Safety Ads Policy / Ads Review Operations Account Suspension Appeals or Risk Operations Deep understanding of: Circumventing Systems Policy Unacceptable Business Practices policy Google Ads advertiser experience and escalation processes Strong written communication skills (appeals must be clear, professional, and persuasive). Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality of client data. Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with click-fraud prevention, invalid traffic filters, and ad account security. Experience working with advertisers and resolving escalated cases. Knowledge of Google Ads UI, API, and best practices for campaign setup and compliance.
