Manage and monitor websites, application pools, and virtual directories. Configure SSL certificates, HTTPS bindings, and ensure secure communication. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (Windows, Basic, Forms, etc.). Collaborate with development teams to deploy ASP.NET and other web applications. Monitor server health, performance, and uptime; troubleshoot and resolve server-related issues. Perform log analysis, and monitor traffic and error logs using tools like Event Viewer, Log Parser, or third-party monitoring tools. Required Skills Qualifications: 3+ years of hands-on experience with IIS (Internet Information Services) administration. Proficiency with Windows Server 2016/2019/2022. Strong knowledge of DNS, TCP/IP, and network protocols. Experience with SSL/TLS, HTTPS, and certificate management. Familiarity with PowerShell scripting. Basic understanding of .NET applications, web.config files, and deployment pipelines. Ability to troubleshoot application errors and collaborate with developers and DevOps teams. Knowledge of load balancing, reverse proxy, or web farms is a plus. Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, SolarWinds) is an advantage.
