JOB DESCRIPTION (JD) 4. Job Purpose: To generate leads, promote solar products and solutions, convert prospects into customers, and achieve sales targets while maintaining strong client relationships. 5. Key Responsibilities: A. Sales & Business Development Identify potential customers for solar rooftop and solar power solutions. Generate leads through field visits, cold calling, digital outreach, and networking. Conduct site surveys and understand customer energy requirements. Present solar solutions, financial benefits, and ROI to clients. Prepare and submit quotations/proposals and negotiate terms. Achieve monthly and annual sales targets. B. Customer Relationship Management Maintain strong relationships with residential, commercial, and industrial clients. Provide pre-sales and post-sales support. Coordinate with technical and installation teams for smooth project execution. Address customer queries, complaints, and ensure timely response. C. Reporting & Documentation Maintain daily visit report (DVR) and sales pipeline in CRM/excel. Submit MIS reports to the sales manager. Keep updated records of customer interactions, agreements, and follow-ups. D. Market Awareness Stay updated with solar industry trends, competitors, and government policies. Identify new markets and business opportunities.
