Junior Warehouse Incharge

Job Description:

We are hiring a Junior Warehouse In-Charge on a party-based staff arrangement for our catering operations. The candidate will assist the senior warehouse in-charge in handling stock, issuing materials for parties, and managing returns after events.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily godown/warehouse operations
• Issue materials, utensils, and equipment for parties
• Receive and count returned items after events
• Maintain basic stock records and party-wise entries
• Report shortages, damages, or breakages to senior staff
• Help in loading and unloading of party materials
• Maintain cleanliness and proper arrangement of the warehouse
• Coordinate with kitchen and party supervisors

Requirements:

• Minimum 6 months – 1 year experience in warehouse/godown work
• Experience in catering, hotel, or event industry preferred
• Basic knowledge of stock handling
• Willing to work flexible hours as per party schedules
• Physically fit and responsible

Preferred Skills:

• Basic MS Excel or manual stock register knowledge
• Understanding of FIFO basics
• Team-working ability

Working hours will be as per Duty Rotation

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
