Junior Video Editor

As a Video Editor at Katyayani Organics in Bhopal, you will be responsible for editing and enhancing various types of YouTube videos to attract and engage viewers effectively. Your main tasks will include collaborating with the content creation team to conceptualize and storyboard video ideas related to agriculture products. You will utilize video editing software to create compelling narratives by trimming, cutting, splicing, and arranging footage. Additionally, you will incorporate visual effects, graphics, text overlays, and music/sound effects to enhance the production value of videos. It will be your responsibility to ensure that all edited videos align with the brand's identity and messaging consistently across all content. You will optimize videos for different platforms such as YouTube, Instagram, and other social media channels to maximize reach and engagement. To excel in this role, you should stay updated with the latest video editing trends, techniques, and software tools to continuously improve the quality and creativity of edited videos. Collaboration with the marketing team to integrate video content into marketing campaigns and promotions will be essential in driving traffic and conversions effectively. Monitoring video performance metrics like views, watch time, and engagement is crucial. Utilizing these insights to refine editing strategies and improve video effectiveness will be part of your responsibilities. Additionally, managing and organizing video assets, including raw footage, graphics, and sound files, for easy access, retrieval, and reuse will be required. The ideal candidate for this position should hold a Bachelor's degree in Film Production, Multimedia, Communications, or related fields.
