Junior UI / UX Designer

As a Frontend Designer at our company, you will utilize your skills in Photoshop, JavaScript, and UI/UX design to create unique and user-centric products and experiences. Your role will involve collaborating with agile teams, including developers, UX designers, and copywriters, to translate user-experience journeys into smooth and intuitive interactions. Your responsibilities will include creating and enhancing wireframes, prototypes, style guides, and user flows. You should effectively communicate your design ideas and work closely with team members to ensure the alignment of design decisions with the overall roadmap and design principles. Additionally, you will stay updated on industry standards and trends to enhance the quality of your work continually. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, or a related field, along with 1 to 3 years of experience in the field. You should possess a strong portfolio showcasing your work and be proficient in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of front-end languages such as HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript is essential, as well as experience with agile/scrum development processes. This position is based in Indore, MP, and requires you to work from the office. You should be open to on-site work at various locations in India and globally, including the USA, UK, Australia, and the Middle East, with additional on-site benefits.
